It’s been all hands on deck for the last 4-5 months as we’ve been crafting exciting new features. Explore the list below to see how we’ve ramped up Viberent’s functionality!
1. Automated invoicing – Create long-term rentals and forget about invoicing. Viberent will automatically raise invoices on due date in bulk including email of invoices to customers
2. Save item line using Enter key – Save the item line in quote and rental screen by hitting enter key instead of the save icon in line level.
3. Post invoice PDF to Xero – Post PDF copy of invoice to Xero when posting invoices from Viberent.
4. Negative Quantity Processing – Overbook items for rentals even though inventory is not available for selected period.
5. Use Custom Field for Calendar – View pickup details or other details in calendar along with customer name and address.
6. One Line Posting to Accounting System – Post invoices in a single descriptive line instead of displaying all the items in invoices posted to your accounting system.
7. SMS / Text from Mobile app – Viberent can send in text messages from the mobile app before delivery or return of rentals.
8. Pickup and Return by customer in Dashboard screen – In calendar, customer pickups shown in navy blue and customer returns in orange colour
9. Quote and Rental printouts in Multimedia section – store PDF copies of the quote, rental, Invoices and WCA in the multimedia section
10. Few extra reports – Outstanding invoices and 2 other reports
11. Select all categories in stock view screen – select all categories when displaying the stock view for inventory items
12. Bulk update dates after rental is posted – to address situations where delivery dates changed prior to rental commencing
