Review your requirements for the demo and prepare for the demo

You may have number of areas in your rental operations that result in duplication of effort & wastage of time, using multiple spreadsheets and systems that don’t talk to each other, re-entering orders received from your website via email into your calendar and systems and many other questions. Simply make a note / document your queries of your current operations:

  • Your key requirements in a rental system

    – Inventory tracking (including serial number tracking)
    Integration with accounting system such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks etc
  • How are your rental operations currently managed?

    – Use Excel / Google sheets
    – Whiteboard with details of rental calendar
