Peninsula Party Hire is a proud party and event rental business servicing the Coromandel Peninsula of picturesque New Zealand.

The team at Peninsula specialise in high quality wedding and event equipment. With such a large quantity and variety of high value stock items, the business was becoming frustrated with inefficiencies and errors as a result of running their business on spreadsheets and manual processes.

The Solution

Peninsula Party Hire found Viberent – one cloud-based system to manage the entire hire and rental process from anywhere at any time. Viberent provides inventory tracking and order management to ensure all team members have access to the same accurate information in one place. Accounting is now a breeze with Viberent sending invoices to their accounting system with the click of a button.

The Results

We have been using Viberent for the last 3 years.  After the initial set up and familiarisation phase, we have found Viberent to be  an excellent package which works extremely well for our hire business. We are able to work efficiently and confidently knowing what we have booked,  is what we have available.


We can see easily our bookings, our quotes, and our hire items available.  We feel it has everything we need for our business and it works easily with Xero.  We have gradually got more confident with the system and we are now in a position where we feel extremely happy with it.


The Viberent support team has been extremely helpful throughout. They were so patient with me at the start when I was learning. Always available to help and promptly reply when we need assistance.  We also receive updates and the system is constantly being improved. We have had our quoting system personalised also which we are very happy with.
