As our customer, your experience using our software solutions is important to us and we want it to be as enjoyable and easy as possible.
Cloud based systems do not require the installation of any software on your computer therefore there are minimal issues that will be encountered when you commence using Viberent. Any future upgrades to the system automatically occur and all customers are placed on our subscribers newsletter which keeps you informed as new features are rolled out, thereby providing many excellent new features for no additional cost. We run regular free webinars that demonstrate all the features of the system. You are welcome to join us for as many of these as you require.
Once you have signed up for a Viberent subscription you will receive a link to the website which can be accessed from any browser on any computer. You will also receive a password that can be changed to ensure you maintain security to your data.
Your monthly or yearly paid subscription includes an initial training session, conducted via Gotomeeting, and lasting for approximately 30-45 minutes. You also receive a comprehensive “How to User Guide” that will ensure you are up and running in no time. Our support staff are only a phone call or email away.
